If I have not yet put my property on the market, how do I get it valued?

Simple,  most people know how much their property is worth but use this link to get the market trend for your area. We will always advise you anyway with our FREE Marketing Valuation.

What about property details, room sizes and descriptions?

Not a problem we will do all that for you, we will visit your property and professionally measure each and every room giving a detailed description for each one.

What about photos and images of the property?

Not a problem while we are doing the measurements we will also take professional photographs of your property.

Will I need a "HIP" Home information Pack? 

Yes, it's now a legal requirement. The easiest way is via our sale team from £345 inc. vat

What about the viewings?

Your sales board will have our office number and website on it. We will handle all enquiries for your property and arrange the viewing with yourself.

What if I don't want to show people round my home?

Not a problem, we can handle all that for you, we arrange a time and date with yourself and then arrange to meet the prospective buyer at your property to do the viewing on your behalf. If we hold the keys we will do everything on your behalf. 

What happens when you sell my property?

We will arrange for all the relevant details to be passed to each party so that a smooth transaction takes place. A Under Offer or Sold sign will go on your board also the websites will show the same.

Do I have to sign a contract?

If you select our 1% +vat commission payable on completion then yes you would have to sign a contract which you agree to pay us our fee when the property is sold.

Where is the catch.....?

Simply! There isn't any. We have very low overheads and believe that our service and commitment  to the seller and buyer will sell itself.

Where will my property be advertised?

Your property will be advertised on our website along with many of the major property portals and in local print. All subject to availability at time of press and uploading.
