If I have not yet put my property on the market, how do I get it valued?

Simple,  most people know how much their property is worth but use the link opposite to get the market trend for your area. We will always advise you anyway.

What about property details, room sizes and descriptions?

Not a problem we will do all that for you, we will visit your property and professionally measure each and every room giving a detailed description for each one.

What about photos and images of the property?

Not a problem while we are doing the measurements we will also take professional photographs of your property.

What about the viewings?

Your sales board will have our office number and website on it. We will handle all enquiries for your property and arrange the viewing with yourself.

What if I don't want to show people round my home?

No a problem, we can handle all that for you, we arrange a time and date with yourself and then arrange to meet the prospective buyer at your property to do the viewing on your behalf. If we hold the keys will do everything on your behalf. 

What happens when you sell my property?

We will arrange for all the relevant details to be passed to each party so that a smooth transaction takes place. A Under Offer or Sold sign will go on your board also the websites will show the same.

What happens if my property sells then the transaction falls apart will I have to pay again?

No. We will simply put your property back on the market and start again for you with no cost. 

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. you are free to leave our services at any time with no penalties applied. We just need 5 Days notice to arrange the cancellation of any advertising or viewings. You will have to sign an agreement form but this is a legal requirment.

Your property will be advertised on our website along with any of the major property portals and in local print depending on what category you choose.
